India, African Union summit postponed over Ebola virus scare, new dates yet to be announced

The India-Africa Forum Summit is postponed because of the Ebola virus scare. Officials decided it's best to hold it later, saying, "it would be advisable to convene the Fourth India-Africa Forum Summit at a later date." New dates will be set by talking it over.
