India postpones Africa summit amid Ebola outbreak, issues travel advisory alert

India has postponed its big Africa summit, the IAFS IV, because of the Ebola outbreak. The external affairs ministry said, "it would be advisable to convene the Fourth India-Africa Forum Summit at a later date." They also issued a health alert for travellers from affected areas.
