India slammed Pakistan at the UNSC, calling its "Kashmir lecture" ironic given its history. Ambassador Parvathaneni said, "UNAMA attributed 94 out of 95 civilian casualty incidents to Pakistani security forces." He highlighted Pakistan's alleged role in civilian deaths in Afghanistan and its genocidal acts in 1971.
