US pausing $14bn arms sale to Taiwan due to Iran war, navy chief says

The US is putting a $14 billion arms sale to Taiwan on hold. Acting Navy Secretary Hung Cao said they are pausing it "to make sure we have the munitions we need." This is to help with the war on Iran. The sale, if it goes through later, would be the biggest ever to Taiwan.
