Colgate-Palmolive India handed Palmolive’s online business to Bombay Shaving Company to improve its digital sales. Managing Director Prabha Narasimhan said, “I must confess that this has been an area of disappointment.” The firm now uses Bombay Shaving Company’s expertise to manage customer relationships and advertising while keeping its own supply chain.
