Mahindra bets on SML acquisition; eyes 10-12% CV market share by FY31

Mahindra & Mahindra aims for a 10-12% commercial vehicle market share by FY31 following its SML Isuzu acquisition. Vinod Sahay said, “Many of the scale challenges which were headwinds for us start becoming our tailwind.” The company plans to use shared platforms and a wider service network to boost growth.
