MCX plans India coal and ore exchanges to boost price discovery

Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. plans to invest 2 billion rupees to start coal and minerals trading platforms. Managing Director Praveena Rai said, "As an exchange really focused on commodity markets, we wish to play a strong role in developing these markets further." These exchanges should start by April 1.
