Torrent Gas to file updated draft papers for up to $418 million IPO

Torrent Gas aims to file updated draft papers for an initial public offering of up to 40 billion rupees as early as this week. The company supplies piped natural gas to many households and industries across India. This move follows the regulator’s approval of their confidential filing back in June.
