Wipro Consumer Care joins beauty M&A rush with ₹387-crore Dermatouch buy

Wipro Consumer Care bought a majority stake in skincare brand Dermatouch for ₹387.5 crore. This is the company’s 18th acquisition as it looks to grow in the beauty market. CEO Kumar Chander said, "If somebody else has figured that out, and it's better to take that, that's an opportunity."
