CM Mohan Charan Majhi announces Rs 1,000 crore special package for flood-hit districts in Odisha

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday announced a Rs 1,000-crore special package for flood-hit districts in Odisha. This fund will help farmers who lost crops and support people who lost livelihoods. The government started rescue operations in six districts, as 9.40 lakh people got affected by the heavy rainfall.
