Delhi sanitation worker stabbed to death; AAP MLA seeks 'encounter' on killer

A 28-year-old MCD worker, Anil Kumar, was stabbed to death in East Delhi’s Kalyanpuri on Sunday morning. AAP MLA Kuldeep Kumar met the victim's family and demanded an encounter for the killer. He said, "The law-and-order situation in Delhi is out of control," while threatening to stop garbage collection work.
