Gouthu legacy behind govt's BC empowerment policy: Minister

The coalition government is drawing inspiration from Sardar Gouthu Latchanna to empower Backward Classes, ministers said on Sunday. During birth anniversary celebrations in Vijayawada, leaders noted that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is using Latchanna’s ideals to guide welfare programmes. Many BCs now get support through new government schemes and reservations.
