Govt Delaying Quashing Of FIRs Against Protesters, Alleges CJP

The Cockroach Janta Party on Tuesday accused the Centre of delaying action on its promise to withdraw FIRs against protesters. Spokesperson Saurav Das said, "The government has not given a commitment to the Supreme Court today." The party now wants its members included in the court-appointed committee examining police violence.
