Jammu: NIA court issues non-bailable warrant against Pak-based LeT commander

A special NIA court in Jammu issued a non-bailable warrant against Pakistan-based LeT commander Mohammad Yaqoob on July 16. Officials said the court took this step because the accused is at large. Yaqoob coordinates terror activities in Kashmir. He is the second top LeT terrorist to face such a warrant.
