Consider oral-fluid drug test, raise random testing to 25%: Pilots' body to DGCA

The Federation of Indian Pilots wrote to the DGCA to suggest oral-fluid drug testing for flight crew. The body also asked to raise random annual testing from 10 per cent to 25 per cent. They said, "Random psychoactive-substance testing must be sufficiently frequent, genuinely random and unpredictable to provide meaningful deterrence."
