A Bengaluru engineer built an AI-powered app to detect potholes and identify responsible contractors. Using a dashcam, GPS, and an accelerometer, the system tracks road defects during his daily commute. Sen said he used Codex to develop the app, which checks 2,900 government contracts to find who must fix roads.
