Hakeem Jeffries says he wants to see 'dramatic reform' of Supreme Court

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries said Sunday he wants to see "dramatic reform" of the Supreme Court. He suggested an ethical code for justices to restore public confidence. While he did not back expanding the court, he said Rep. Jamie Raskin will lead efforts to shape these plans this year.
